I've had this idea for a book floating around in my head for several years now. Last month, I finally got off my rear end and started writing. It's about the problems with Parkinson's disease and communication and resulting effects on relationships. I think I've identified a few ways to deal with some of these issues but I'd like your help.
I have created an informal survey which has not been vetted by any Institutional Review Board or designed to produce scientifically validated statistics. I am trying to get "snapshots" of what is happening in the lives of Parkies, their care partners and family members about how PD is affecting their personal relationships and get their shared wisdom for coping with these issues.
I hope that you will complete the survey and share the link with others who might be interested . It is a secure survey (no one has access but me) and you can remain completely anonymous if you want. If I use a quote or anecdote of yours, I will change the identifying information.
The survey closure date has been extended until midnight Central time on February 28, 2011.
